1、 Volunteer services:
At 10:00 a.m. and 14:00 p.m. every day, our volunteers will provide free explanations and help for you. For details, please pay attention to the sign at the service desk of the center
2、 Voice guide:
Provide Chinese, English, French, Japanese, German, Korean, Spanish, Italian and other languages
Adult version of Chinese digital machine: 20 yuan / set, deposit 300 yuan; Children's Edition: 10 yuan / set, with a deposit of 300 yuan
The rent of foreign language digital machine is 40 yuan / set, and the deposit is 400 yuan or 50 dollars, or passport
In addition, digital machines for special exhibitions are lent out separately
3、 Delivery service
1. Clothes, hats and large luggage can be checked (please take valuables with you except computers)
2. Please accept the security check before depositing your belongings, and go through the deposit formalities at the deposit office with the security check deposit ticket
3. Use wheelchairs and strollers for free, and handle the rental procedures with valid certificates (ID cards, etc.) and a deposit of 300 yuan. If you don't have a valid certificate, please pay a deposit of 600 yuan (only limited to the South Gate deposit office)
4. Provide services such as sewing and medicine boxes
5. Lost and found (only available at the South Gate deposit office)
